The Base

Since April 2024, Villainous DnB has been working closely with 'The Base' and The Guildhall Portsmouth to improve the creative scene for artists and increase the number of opportunities there are for underground musicians in the city.

DJING

Learn to DJ live with Psyclone, from the basics to 'Boomtown' material

Between April and September of 2024, we ran free 'Open Decks' sessions, encouraging DJs to come and meet others, share ideas and create community.

These sessions will be continuing, with the next Open Decks session on the 17th November 2024. Then again on the 15th December, 19th January 2025, 16th February, 16th March and 20th April.

We are now adding some more sessions to the roster too! On the Saturdays of the Open Decks weekends, Psyclone and Vylan will be providing one-on-one lessons and teaching for DJing and Music Production, respectively.

This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills plus meet other artists to collaborate with.
