Non-Exclusive Beat License Agreement

This Agreement is made between [Your Name or Producer Name] ("Licensor") and [Artist Name] ("Licensee") on the date of purchase.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the beat titled "[Beat Title]" ("the Beat") for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

• Social media

• Live performances

• Radio and TV

• Physical and digital distribution

2. Ownership

3. Distribution Limit

Unlimited distribution and streaming. There is no cap on sales, streams, or views.

4. Credit

The Licensee agrees to credit the Licensor as:

5. Exclusivity

This license is non-exclusive. The Licensor may continue to license the Beat to other parties.

6. Modifications

The Licensee may record vocals over the Beat and make minor modifications (e.g., arrangement changes, mixing). However, the Licensee may not resell or sublicense the Beat.

7. Payment

This license is valid upon full payment of the license fee as agreed between the parties.
